Traditional screed Retanol

Retanol screed is a type of fast-drying, high-performance cementitious floor screed that utilizes a special additive called Retanol to accelerate drying times and enhance strength development. It's known for its ability to significantly reduce drying times compared to traditional screeds, allowing for earlier installation of final floor finishes and faster project completion.

Rapid Drying: Retanol significantly reduces drying times, often allowing for tiling in 48 hours and other floor finishes in 72 hours, depending on the thickness and type. 

High Early Strength: Retanol screeds achieve high compressive and flexural strengths much faster than conventional screeds. 

⁠Suitable for Underfloor Heating: Retanol screeds are designed to be compatible with underfloor heating systems, with some able to handle foot traffic and underfloor heating within 24 hours.
